how do i copy files off my camcorder?
well i have a Hitachi DZHS300E and have just recently dug it out and i am wishing to wipe it but i would like to copy all the files off it, the files i would like to copy are on the HDD (hard drive) and are not accessible when plugged into the pc via a USB cable and i have done this in the pas using some programme i think could of been called image mixer or something like that and accidental copied it onto my laptop and then found them in a file named cap 1 cap 2 ... so how can i copy the videos of the camcorder.
You need to install the software that came with the camera on your PC because the PC needs the drivers and that is why it doesn't detect the camera when plugged in the USB.
