The KitchenAid KSB560 comes in many colors, including red, black, silver, and orange, and looks kind of retro is some of the colors which is pretty cool. It also has a generous 56-ounce polycarbonate single piece pitcher that comes with a soft grip handle, a drip free spout for easy pouring, and a textured lid with a 2-ounce cap for for easily adding ingredients while mixing. Also, the polycarbonate pitcher is shatter, stain, and scratch resistant that is made to last you very long time while maintaining a fresh clean look. The way that it is shaped actually pushes the blending ingredients toward the spinning blades for a faster and more thorough blend.
The KSB560 has a 0.9 Hp motor, which isn't really strong when compared to other more expensive blenders, but is plenty strong enough to handle average family blending needs. You will be able to pick from 5 different speeds and pulse for a little additional power if needed. It also has a sensor that will automatically adjust the power to keep the same speed as your blend changes consistency.
