I bought a kenwood hand blender?

the HB 605, and I'd like to know what i could do with it other than smoothies.

whisking egg whites for soufles and soufle omlettes ....frittatas...Pavlovas.. .

And with sugar for Meringues and for white fluffy clouds on cake tops or jellies and blamanges.....
Angel cake with clouds and Angels,with egg-white-and -sugar Angel dresses.
Or for light egg-white cakes if you've used loads of yolks for the heavy cakes.
