Cuisinart DLC-2011N Prep 11 Plus Food Processor Review
Are you tired of spending too much time and effort on food preparation? Let's face it, even though it's nice to cook meals at home, the prep work can be downright frustrating. Finding the right food processor, though, can greatly reduce the amount of time that you spend chopping, cutting, slicing and mincing. Since Cuisinart food processors are so popular with customers, we decided to do a Cuisinart DLC-2011N Prep 11 Plus review to see how well this popular model really works.
For Starters it's Big & Sturdy
It's always nice when a food processor has enough room to handle a lot of ingredients. There's nothing worse than having to chop one food item and then empty the work bowl before you can do the next one. That's not a problem with the Cuisinart DLC-2011N. This model is built with a nice, big 11 cup work bowl. It's no problem to make recipes that require a lot of ingredients, since the bowl is more than able to handle plenty of food. This Cuisinart processor is also nice and sturdy. No one wants to spend money on an appliance that is going to fall apart, and there appears to be no fear of that happening with this Cuisinart food processor.
Cuisinart DLC-2011N Prep 11 Plus Features
• A virtually shatterproof Lexan 11 cup work bowl
• Dishwasher safe parts for the easiest of clean ups
• Automatic Speed adjustment helps to make sure that dough gets kneaded just right.
• A large feed tube that makes it easy to push in the largest food items
Pros & Cons
We all know that no product is perfect for everyone, and that's true of this Cuisinart food processor too. It is a very nice model that will suit serious cooks very well, but it may be a bit too much for people who have never used a food processor before. The size of the Cuisinart DLC-2011N is great for people who regularly cook big meals, but anyone who doesn't plan on making food for big meals, or who simply wants a fast way to chop a vegetable, here and there, may want to get a smaller food processor.
Customer Reviews for the Cuisinart DLC-2011N Prep 11 Plus have been very good. We found over 100 positive reviews for this Cuisinart processor and the vast majority of the reviews were positive. There were a few people who complained of difficulty with large batches of dough, but most customer reviewers gave this model the highest ratings possible. We recommend this food processor to anyone who makes a lot of meals, but wants to save a lot of time in the kitchen. It's powerful, large and built to last.
